Paul Manning – Business Advisor and Local Director (The North Coast Business Network)
After a successful corporate and professional career that included roles as MD, GM and COO, leading a wide variety of businesses and teams of people, Paul has found his true passion in helping multiple business owners to take their business to the next level.
Across three continents, he has lead businesses through start-ups to profit turnarounds, including the establishment and merger of a regional finance company into a fully licensed bank; grown existing businesses – two, three and four-fold; implemented major projects such as new product launches, factory relocations, and organization change-management; and project-managed major subcontracts in the construction sector.
Now he advises and coaches clients in strategic optimization of their business and in leading their teams to deliver faster growth and greater profitability.
