Andy Ford co-founded Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning in 1985 at the age of 19. From a couple of young tradies, they grew Ford & Doonan into WA’s largest air conditioning group, with 12 stores across the Metro area and the South West with revenue exceeding $60m per annum. Managing Director, Andy has built and managed employees that have peaked at 110 people, plus a team of 70 in the franchised stores. In his “spare” time, Andy produces his own podcast show, mentors fast-growth business owners, and trains every day at his “hobby business”, XS Fitness in South Perth.
