Teams don’t always know how to leverage their collective strengths. Ro coaches leaders and their teams so they can make better decisions, work together well, and get stuff done. She specialises in organisational change and team coaching, helping teams work through rapid and continuous change, often in challenging and uncertain situations. Ro is an accredited Team and Professional Coach and as a former leader, herself knows what it takes to grow an A-Team where everyone works toward a common purpose and goal. Ro is also a multiple published author on coaching. Her latest book, Coaching Self-organising Teams:  helping teams flourish, was published in December 2021.

Graham, is an energetic self-taught entraleader. As a director of many companies, he has developed a real passion for inspiring high-performing teams to work in an agile and empowered workspace. He loves to share these ideas and principles with other board executives in the non-for-profit and national sporting board he sits on.  He is uncompromising and unapologetic about his love and prioritization of his family and their time off together.  In between all of this, he carves out the time to support his love of adventure and charity work. He and his team is currently undertaking the task of registering his company as an NDIS provider to better serve his community.
