🎙️About the Speaker
With roots in psychology and worker’s compensation, Julianne has over 25 years’ experience in workplace health and is an accredited leadership & wellbeing coach. She combines her passions through her work as founder of Forefront Wellbeing, and her role as a Senior Wellbeing Advisor with Curtin University.
Julianne specialises in coaching and advising leaders who are faced with the ongoing daily pressures of achieving more with less; often leading to their own health and wellbeing challenges. She also advises leaders in identifying and managing workplace wellness issues (AKA ‘people problems’), consults on psychosocial risk management matters and provides individual recovery coaching; among Forefront Wellbeing’s other services.
She has piloted new initiatives with the Future of Work Institute and Curtin University; and is the creator of Forefront Wellbeing’s leadership program, bringing together evidence-based practice, practical leadership experience, lived experience, and proven coaching techniques.
Julianne’s vision: When we as business leaders put on our own oxygen masks first, and embody masterful leadership, we create a ripple effect. When we can send people home from work well, free of conflict and feeling engaged, valued and productive; we live in a world made happier.
