Andy Ford co-founded Ford & Doonan Air Conditioning at age 19 in 1985.
A couple of young tradies who started their business with $500, grew F&D into WA’s largest air conditioning group, with 12 stores across the metro area and the Southwest, (2 being company and 10 Franchised.) Consolidated revenue now exceeds $70m pa.
Company divisions include retail/domestic, builders direct, FDHVAC commercial and the service department, as well as The Airstore; the groups online e-commerce platform.
As MD, Andy has built the business and managed staff that peaked at 110 people plus a team of 70 in the franchised stores. He has extensive experience in marketing, franchising, and managing growth, along with its many challenges.
He is always seeking new markets, new ways of doing business and increasing the number of new clients.
His presentation will include fresh insights and easily actionable takeaways you can implement straight away, as well as help you to remove any roadblocks so you can grow your business.
